OC Bay Hopper is a water-based transporation and recreation provider in Ocean City, Maryland. Launched in August 2018, we are using an early prototype of our water taxi vessel, the Blue Heron, to learn as much as possible about the market with the intention to launch several new services for visitors and residents in May of 2019!
