Join us for a fun and educational trip on the OC Bay Hopper with OC expert, Glenn Irwin! This one and one-half hour bayside boat tour will highlight Ocean City’s past, present and future in terms of development and cultural interests.  The guided tour will cover the area from 17th Street in Ocean City, southwards to Assateague Island and several waterfront area in between.  Come see and learn about Ocean City’s “other” waterfront!!

This trip will be offered every other Wednesday during the busy summer season from 6:15pm to 7:45pm on Wednesdays... There will also be some opportunities to enjoy this trip in the "shoulder" season, in May and September/OCtober.

This trip departs from our downtown Ocean City headquarters (at Dorchester Street and the Bay) at exactly the scheduled departure time. Arrive about 15 minutes early, and don't be late: our captains are under instructions NOT TO WAIT for late arrivals as this does not honor the time of those who came on time!

In early June and later August it can be a little cooler out on the water, but you will likely find this a sweet relief during the summer!

Alcoholic beverages are available onboard for sale.

Aligned with the goal of ensuring all OC Bay Hopper customers have a great experience, we will only run trips that are deemed safe by our Captains. Generally, the weather on the coastal bays of the Ocean City area is very pleasant but sometimes storms and thunderstorms do occur.

In the event that your trip is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. Sometimes, the weather conditions, particularly high winds causing choppy seas, will allow us to run a safe trip that is a bit unpleasant.

Our captains will always strive to let people know when conditions will be less than ideal and if conditions warrant a possible refund you may choose to not take the trip. (But sometimes those rough passages make for the best experiences!)
