Bayside Swimming Trip
The idea here is to get you and your family (or a group of friends!) out on the Bay for some swimming in the “much-warmer-than-the-ocean” waters! It is shallower too, no worries about "shore break."
Depending on your group and the conditions, Bayside swimming can take place off of one of the many sandy beaches on the Bay (including the infamous “Sand Bar,” where the locals all hang out!) OR you can decide to head down to Assateague Island to swim just offshore and potentially see the ponies… (There is a landing fee per person that we pay the National Park Service, so let us know if that is your intention.)
We have an assortment of floats and noodles, but feel free to bring your own (within reason, no large rafts that will impeded other customer's experience).
If you have a specific swim spot in mind, and a larger group, consider a “Private Charter” for this block of time and the captain will take you wherever you want to swim! This adventure takes place almost every weekday, departing from the OC Bay Hopper North OC location at 118th street in Ocean City.
This trip - like all of our trips - is produced by the professionals at Blue Bimini where safety, reliability, and excellent customer care always come standard. With us, you're in for a safe and unforgettable experience every time.
